There has been some debate in the past about "artistic" vs "creativity", but I still want to have everyone vote for both categories. But realize to do so, I better define them.

"Artistic" celebrates the artists skill in making the picture... how realistic/detailed/balance/composition, etc.
"Creative" celebrates the idea the entry, not as much how well it was done. In this case, it might be in the design of the outfits.

The reason for this distinction is to give those who aren't as good at drawing as others a chance, and I want everyone to feel welcome

In the picture, I thought to note the second places, artistic for being so close in the running with the winner and the same was true for creativity too but before the voting ended I got another vote that broke the tie.
